Rewind My House is operated by Mokuzai Ltd. (company number 12512653), 2 East Road, Kingston, KT2 6EL, UK.

The service

Rewind My House creates one photorealistic 10-second AI-imagined film from one customer-uploaded house photograph. The price is a one-time charge of £4.99 GBP in the United Kingdom or $5.99 USD in the United States. There is no subscription, and we currently accept orders only with a United Kingdom or United States billing address.

Ordering and delivery

You provide an email address so we can send your private order and download link. Films are usually ready within minutes, but please allow up to 24 hours. You may keep the browser open while we work, or safely leave and return using the emailed link. Please check your spam or junk folder if an email is missing.

Your uploads

You confirm that you have the right to upload the photograph and ask us to use it for this service. Do not upload copyrighted material, trademarks, logos, branded products, or other material you are not authorised to use. We may reject or stop an order that appears to breach this rule.

Generated films and hosting

The result is an illustrative AI imagining, not a verified historical reconstruction. AI-generated details can vary and may not reproduce the actual history, materials, or appearance of a property. Films are delivered privately through the order system.

Promotions

Promotional codes may include one house-history film in the order where they are applied. A code must be entered before checkout, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with another offer.

Refunds and digital service consent

Our refund policy explains when refunds apply. At checkout, you can request immediate performance of this digital service. Any cancellation rights that apply under UK consumer law are preserved.
