What we collect

We collect the email address, house photograph, selected history route, optional architecture or region notes, and order details needed to make and deliver your film. Stripe processes payment details; Rewind My House does not receive or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use this information to process your order, generate your film, send order and delivery emails, provide support, prevent misuse, maintain records, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate the service, including Stripe for payments, Resend for email, an AI generation provider for film generation, and Replit Object Storage for private files. These providers process only the information needed for their role.

Storage and deletion

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including delivering the film, supporting an order, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Private film files are handled through our delivery system; contact us if you have a privacy request about information associated with your order.
